We’re aiming for 500 new, affordable homes across Southern Ontario by 2030. These will be safe, light-filled, thoughtfully designed, 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments with beautiful common areas that foster friendships.
It’s a big goal. And it’s going to take partnerships – including those with government and private lenders – to make it happen.
Acquiring new sites requires capital. But traditional financing often needs to wait for “shovel ready” projects. Even then, financing costs can be prohibitive.
